Raven
( play 02 · build · engineering with ai )

The team that decidedis the team that ships.

No handoff, no lost context. Northstar architecture keeps two-week sprints pointed at a two-year outcome, and what we ship reaches production, not a demo environment.

( the problem )

Most software arrives late, on spec, and beside the point.

The traditional software factory

  • Tickets executed without knowing which number they serve.
  • Architecture decided by whoever is free that sprint.
  • AI that demos beautifully and never reaches production.
  • Handover documentation instead of a team that stays.

Raven Build

  • Northstar architecture: two-week sprints pointed at a two-year outcome.
  • Delivery factories that ship predictably, velocity without heroics.
  • AI in production, with governance, evaluation and cost control included.
  • Secure by design, ready for the regulator on the day of launch, not after it.
( capabilities )

Six things we bring to the build.

↓ ( northstar )

Northstar architecture

The target picture that keeps every sprint pointed at the same outcome.

↓ ( factories )

Delivery factories

Standardised squads that ship on cadence. Predictable, measurable, boring in the best sense.

↓ ( ai engineering )

AI engineering

Models in production: governance, evaluation, guardrails and cost control from day one.

↓ ( platforms )

Platforms

Core systems and integrations built to be operated, not just launched.

↓ ( squads )

Enhanced squads

Your team plus ours, one backlog, one standard of done.

↓ ( security )

Secure by design

Compliance and auditability designed in, so the regulator is never the blocker.

( how we ship )

Four moves, from brief to production.

A release nobody can operate is not a release. We build for the Monday after launch.

Weeks 1–2

Northstar

The target architecture and the first slice: what ships first, and why it matters.

You get: architecture and plan
Weeks 3–8

First release

A working slice in production, on your stack, with the operating model around it.

You get: something real, live
Ongoing

Cadence

Delivery factories shipping every two weeks, measured on outcome, not on tickets closed.

You get: predictable releases
Handover

Ownership

Documentation, training and, if you want it, the squad stays as an enhanced team.

You get: a system your team runs
( results )

Builds that reached production, and revenue.

All the work

( before you ask )

The questions that come up.

Do you work on our stack or yours?

Yours. We build on the platforms your teams already operate, and we bring Raven Stack products only where they save you months. Nothing we ship needs us to keep running it.

How do you keep AI out of demo purgatory?

By treating models as production systems from day one: evaluation sets, guardrails, monitoring and cost control, plus a business owner for the use case. If it cannot be operated, it does not ship.

Can you work alongside our engineers?

That is the most common shape. Enhanced squads mean your people and ours in one backlog with one standard of done, and the capability stays with you afterwards.

How fast is the first release?

Typically six to eight weeks for a working slice in production. Faster is possible when the architecture already exists; we will tell you honestly which one you are in.

( one question )

What is stuck between your plan and production?

Bring the build that keeps slipping. We will tell you what it takes to ship it.
